What does a free rental appraisal actually involve?
I look at your property properly, compare it against what's genuinely leasing nearby, and give you a current weekly figure with the reasoning behind it. No cost, no obligation, and no follow-up campaign you didn't ask for.
How do you find and check tenants?
Your property is marketed on the major portals and through my own enquiry, then every applicant goes through proper background, reference and rental-history checks. I put forward the tenant I'd be comfortable placing in my own property — and the final say is always yours.
Which areas do you manage in?
Sydney's inner west around Auburn — Lidcombe, Chester Hill, Berala, Regents Park, Granville and Silverwater are my home patch. If you're nearby, call me anyway.
Do you speak my language?
Likely — I'm happy to talk in English, Dari or Farsi. Auburn is one of Sydney's most multicultural suburbs, and being able to talk things through in the language you're most comfortable in makes a real difference.
What happens if the rent is late or there's a repair?
Arrears are chased early and handled properly under the residential tenancy rules, so small problems don't become big ones. Maintenance is logged, actioned quickly with your approval where needed, and you're kept informed the whole way.
What does it cost to talk to you?
Nothing. The chat is free, the rental appraisal is free, and you're allowed to just be curious. Management fees are agreed upfront and in writing before anything starts — no surprises.
